Before you leave home you have with you always check your documents (especially for those who use the service to international Switzerland - Italy), and that they have not expired.

Luggage
To prevent your luggage go astray, we invite you to mark it always with a card (which also will be provided on request by our crew) and reported on the owner's name and telephone number. Avoid putting objects in baggage fragile or liquid.

Clothing
We recommend that you always travel with a comfortable and appropriate clothing. Even during the summer we always recommend that you have a sweater slightly below that can be used in case the air-conditioned bus will be too cold.

Goods to be clear
Those who are headed in Switzerland are subject to the declaration of the goods when it comes to customs, and its eventual clearance. For more information about it should visit the site of the Customs Switzerland.
